SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

This policy governs the return, refund, and shipping of products purchased directly from www.embassykitchenware.com for customers residing in India.
At Embassy Kitchenware, every product is made with care and precision. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, we’re here to help.


1. Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, please write to us at care@embassykitchenware.com.
Our customer service team will review your request and update you on your return/refund/exchange status within 72 working hours.

You may contact us for the following cases:

a) Return of unwanted items

·         The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

·         Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process the return.

b) Damaged or incomplete delivery

·         If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

·         A photo of the product’s serial number (usually located on the bottom of the product) is mandatory.

c) Faulty or malfunctioning products

·         If your product develops a fault, please contact us for inspection and exchange assistance.

·         Embassy Kitchenware’s standard product warranty terms will apply (refer to the warranty card or booklet included with your product).


2. Refund Policy for Unwanted Items

·         Refunds will be processed only for the product value (excluding shipping costs).

·         If multiple products were purchased and only one is returned, the refund will apply only to the returned item.

·         Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.

·         In case of exchanges, resolution may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt.


3. Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please email us at care@embassykitchenware.com with:

·         Order number (as per confirmation email)

·         Product name or code (found on the order or packaging)

·         08-digit unique product code (printed on the base of the product)

·         Clear images or video showing the defect

Our team will respond within 2 working days with the next steps.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

For Cash-on-Delivery Orders

Refunds for COD purchases will be transferred via bank account.
Please share your Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code at care@embassykitchenware.com.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1.      Check your bank or card account again.

2.      Contact your bank or card issuer — processing delays may occur.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact care@embassykitchenware.com for assistance.


6. Sale Items

Please note:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


9. Shipping Policy

·         Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation.

·         For Cash on Delivery orders above ₹7,000, we will confirm your order telephonically before dispatch.

·         Delivery timelines may vary depending on product category and destination.

·         Embassy Kitchenware shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Our products are covered under Embassy’s standard warranty and service conditions. Usage of products must comply with the care and safety instructions provided.


10. Shipping for Returns

·        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or faulty.

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·         If you receive a refund, the return shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

·         Please use a trackable courier service or shipping insurance for products valued over ₹500. Embassy Kitchenware cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


11. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund by emailing care@embassykitchenware.com.

After Shipping

If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact us at care@embassykitchenware.com to initiate cancellation.

·         Cancellation charges may apply.

·         Once the product is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

·         Ensure proper packaging — refunds cannot be issued for items damaged during return transit.
