Warranty Coverage

Embassy Cookware comes with a 2+1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.

Terms & Conditions

·         The cookware must be used strictly as per the usage instructions provided.

·         Regular wear and tear, colour variations, dulling of polish, or surface marks from normal use are not covered.

·         Our warranty shall be applicable only on domestic use, industrial or commercial use of the product shall make the warranty void.

·         Coatings, plastic, rubber, wood or glass parts are excluded from this warranty.

·         The complete product, along with proof of purchase must be returned to Embassy’s authorised service centre at the user’s cost for evaluation.

·         The decision of Embassy Customer Service shall be final.

·         Legal jurisdiction: Bengaluru, India.

Usage Guidelines

·         Do not heat the cookware when empty — it may cause warping or discolouration.

·         Avoid extreme temperature changes (e.g., plunging a hot pan into cold water).

·         Use chlorine-free cleaners and avoid steel wool or sharp utensils.

·         For non-stick or ceramic cookware, use wooden or silicone tools only.

·         Ensure the cookware is centred on a flame or induction base appropriate to its size.

Cleaning & Maintenance

·         Wash with mild soap and water; rinse and dry thoroughly.

·         Do not store food or water for long durations.

·         Rinse off acidic or salty residues promptly to prevent pitting or rusting.

·         To remove rainbow tints or dull marks:

o    Clean with mild soap or

o    Apply lemon juice/vinegar for 5 minutes, then wash and dry.

·         Discolouration due to heat is normal and does not affect performance.

·         When storing, place a soft cloth between pans to prevent scratches.

·         Apply a light coat of oil on the surface if storing for an extended period.

Product Care

·         Store in a cool, dry area.

·         The magnetic base may react in humid environments; oil lightly to protect.
